Terms of Use for Eye3D

These Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as "Terms") govern the use of the mobile application "Eye3D" (hereinafter referred to as "App") provided by Asobu Inc. (hereinafter referred to as "Company").

Article 1 (Scope of Application)

These Terms shall apply to all relationships between the Company and the user in connection with the use of the App.

Article 2 (Fees and Subscriptions)

1. The basic features of the App are provided free of charge. Certain premium content is available via a monthly auto-renewable subscription called "Eye3D Premium".
2. The subscription fee is ¥500 per month (tax included).
3. Once the purchase is confirmed, the fee will be charged to your iTunes or Google Play account.
4. Subscriptions will automatically renew each month unless auto-renewal is turned off.
5. Auto-renewal can be managed and canceled at any time through your App Store or Google Play account settings.

Article 3 (Refunds)

Refunds are generally not provided for cancellations made at the user's discretion. Refund requests are handled in accordance with the policies of the respective app store.

Article 4 (Intellectual Property Rights)

All intellectual property rights including copyrights and trademarks related to the App belong to the Company or legitimate third-party rights holders.

Article 5 (Prohibited Conduct)

The following actions are prohibited when using the App:

• Unauthorized access or reverse engineering of the App
• Any activity that interferes with the operation of the service

Article 6 (Disclaimer)

The Company shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of or inability to use the App.

Article 7 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising in relation to the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.
